Thaneeya has more than 10 years experience in intellectual property field, in particular to patent and trademark registration. Before working at Trademark2u (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Thaneeya worked as a Patent Agent in Thailand for International Law firm handling for patent drafting and registration.

At TRADEMARK2U, Thaneeya manages various patent applications and is responsible for filing international patent applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). She is experienced in patent search, drafting and prosecution in both domestic and foreign jurisdictions. She is also responsible for filing trademark applications in overseas and Thailand, responding to inquiries, relating to all Intellectual Property matters.

Onchuma focuses her practice on IP consultation to communicate with clients to aware of their own intellectual properties and how to start to protect those IP by providing our services.

At TRADEMARK2U, Onchuma is responsible for IP consultancy, to communicate and corporate with clients for all applications procedure before passing to the Operation team. She also participates handling the project of promoting Intellectual Property awareness to the public such as exhibitions, in order to get more new clients and new busineses.
